鄧布利多將一批人稱傲羅的專門對付黑魔法的巫師召集起來組成鳳凰社以應付伏地魔及食死徒的反撲。而「小天狼星」則負責聯繫傲羅們回到鳳凰社的新基地，那就是「小天狼星」死去的媽媽所留下的那棟大宅裡。
